A sage once explained that:

There have been times in my life when I’ve been a very busy fool, running around all over the map doing the wrong things right.
I see exhausted owners and managers doing this every day.
Today I’m starting my third month using Michael Hyatt’s Full Focus Planner system (and I don’t claim any affiliate fees for mentioning that here).
Looking back over my first two months using the system, the main benefit has been to take a few moments every morning to ask myself:
What are the three tasks I can perform today that will have the greatest IMPACT?
IMPACT means making a difference.
