I may have spotted a new benchmark in dentistry.
It’s the average amount of time that visitors spend on your web site.
Making it a habit to ask for a Google Analytics report from all coaching clients, I’m noticing that their visitors invest an average of 1 minute 45 seconds.
Then I realised last week that the same amount of time was showing for my own web site.
So I’d like some feedback from you – either in the comments section on this blog or via a comment on social media.
Can I ask how long on average your web site visitors stay please?
If we can nail that one down, we can begin to think about heat maps and what they are actually looking at.
If there are commonalities there, it may be that some of the content on your site is unnecessary – and some very necessary.
