Ukrainian dentist seeks work in the UK - can you help or refer?

I’m Ukrainian dentist. Alexandra(aka Sasha). Due to the war in Ukraine, I stayed in the UK.

As a person of a working age and ability I’m looking for work in the dental field. I would like to apply for the post of a dental receptionist or assistant, I’m keen on this job as dentistry is my passion.

I believe I will be excellent at almost any dental position because, during my postgraduate years I had opportunity to work part-time as a receptionist and as a dental assistant and I loved that job.

I was helping and engaging in dental surgeries, cleaning and disinfecting, and sterilising dental instruments, disinfecting work surfaces, arranging dental workspace, ordering dental supplies, arranging first aid kit. Due to the sudden illness of team members or other issues, I was fulfilling an administrative role.

For over 10 years I’ve been practising dentistry in Ukraine on my own and know most of dental work myself, I know specifics of this profession. I understand the needs of dentists and requirements to be a dental assistant. I’m organised and punctual. I’m an easy learner so I can support my dentist in any work they do.

I trust I can employ my knowledge to the best. I’m very interested in joining a UK based dental practice. I have enclosed my CV along with this covering letter, and I would like to take opportunity to thank you for your time and consideration. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further question. I am available anytime to meet with you to discuss this role and my application in more detail.

I have received permission to work in UK and NIN. I also apply for a dental nurse course, which will start in June 2022.

Yours sincerely,

Alexandra Polchenko
