We work with ambitious principals and their teams to improve profits, patient experience and team performance.I’m looking for an experienced, commercially-minded dental professional to join our growing business as an Associate Dental Business Coach.

You’ll work directly with our clients — primarily dentists and practice managers (but including other team members and clinicians) — via Zoom, email and WhatsApp, helping them with real-world issues in finance, marketing, team behaviour, operations, and systems. You’ll also help onboard new clients.
