The Daily Huddle

Credit due to my partner Dr Simon Hocken, who summarises below his suggested agenda for the meeting that starts every production day in a dental practice: Daily Huddle Meeting.

1. 15-20 minutes

2. Everyone present

3. Lead by Clinical Manager

4. Remind everyone of the big picture

5. What are the financial (and other) targets for the day?

6. Is everyone on the team ok, anyone need any special support?

7. Review the list of patients for the day

8. Do we have everything we need for these patients, lab work etc

9. Any technical/operations issues today?

10. Any staffing issues today?

11. What are the critical non essentials we can wow these patients with

12. Who will we ask for referals/testimonials
