Replacing Habits

Unsuccessful habits I don’t know about you, but January felt like a 12-week month to me. By the end of the month, I was becoming somewhat obsessed by my own failure to get the year off to a good start – the business coach was faltering with his own planning. Let me explain by sharing with you my list of January failures:

  • I had fully intended to drop to a 4-day week from 2023, taking my Mondays back as a day on which I could focus on health and family - #fail

It was quickly evident to me that my client base required more time than would be available if I drop a day – within a week, the waiting list for Zoom calls was extending and the task list getting longer. Every day was a race against time and uncomfortable as a result.
