For Annie and I, Bridge2Aid has been a part of our lives since 2006, when we first travelled to Tanzania to meet with the leadership team.
Little did we know that the trip would create lifelong friendships, ultimately a career choice for my wife, but also a passion from both of us to support the amazing work that they do.
As the charity approaches its 20th anniversary of making a positive difference to so many lives (both in sub-Saharan Africa and here at home), I'm happy to endorse and promote their challenge to raise £20,000, just one £20 donation at a time.
The link to their fundraising page is below and you can discover just how the donations will be put to good use.
Any of you reading this who have either volunteered for or helped raise funds for any cause will know just how challenging that can be in our noisy world.
So I'm going to ask for a few moments of your time today, to follow the link, make that £20 donation and carry on with the rest of your day, knowing that you've made a difference.
Or watch this short video (1:58) first and follow the link or QR code at the end of the video.
