In the last few days, I have seen comments from both the M.D. of an independent valuation firm and a representative of NASDAL, highlighting the current reduction in goodwill values across the UK.
The reasons behind this have been well covered and are, frankly, obvious to all, but I suspect that some current owners may find this a difficult pill to swallow.
In fact, I’m experiencing a huge wave of Déjà vu.
