The correct question is “who do I know who knows how this works?”

Delegation.

The question is not “how do I motivate people?”

The correct question is “how do I create an environment in which people become motivated?”

Leadership.

The question is not “what do I say when they say that?”

The correct question is “who do I have to become to be able to say this when they say that?”

Confidence.

The question is not “who is to blame for this?”

The correct question is “how do we avoid this happening again?”

Systems.

The question is not “how do I sell this?”

The correct question is “how do I create conversations in which people buy this?”

Relationships.

The observation is not that “this place is different.”

The observation is that “these people are just like me.”

Equality.
