To repeat:
"There is no performance without accountability.
There is no accountability without measurement."
What are we measuring?
Quantitative performance - numbers, dates, deadlines, production, targets;
Qualitative performance - attitude and behaviour.
How do we hold people accountable?
Face to face conversation (not emails, messages or texts).
How often?
Quantitatively - every 90-days;
Qualitatively - every 90-days.
Do you hold personal progress interviews with every team member, (including self-employed) every 90 days?
In the absence of measurement and accountability - what do we have?
Same sh*t, different day.
That isn't good enough.
