Because it's Friday and because I'm a very happy man - will you indulge me in a moment of celebration please?
We launched our 2022 programme, The Extreme Business 100, on 14th September and after a call at 18:00 last night, I was delighted to welcome client #80 into our community.
If you had told me 5 weeks ago that we would hit our M.V.P. (minimum viable proposition) in just 5 weeks and 3 days, I would have considered that a miracle, given the pressures that we are all working under.
So - it is quite definitely "game on" and serendipitous that I had pre-booked a day-long meeting with Rachel Barrow today to discuss the agendas for our first Manager's Training Days and Owner's Mastermind Days in Q1, as well as some of the print media collateral we intend to create for our clients.
I want to offer my heartfelt thanks to all those who have decided to take this journey with us - a fascinating mixture of newbies and the experienced, of NHS, mixed, private and specialist, of single and multiple locations, of mainly UK and some overseas practices (Ireland, South Africa, USA and The Gulf States) - some at the start of their entrepreneurial journey and others asking me to help them "polish the silver" before a sale.
Here at Extreme Business we are astonished and delighted at the success of our launch and committed to making this an experience not to be missed. Perhaps our success is a reflection of the hunger for progress and success in the market? Moving from "survive" to "thrive"?
With 70 days to go until the end of this year, I'm becoming more confident by the day that we will reach our goal of 100 clients.
I've always been confident that those joining us will benefit hugely from my coaching and from the collective wisdom in our community.
