More work than week



Monday morning.


Have you ever started a week with more work than there is week?


Overwhelm.


  • Make a list;

  • A, B, C the list;

  • Prioritise the lists - A1, A2, A3 - B1, B2, B3;

  • Do the A's first (and in the correct priority);

  • Take your time - pace not race;

  • Be prepared to change if there are genuine emergencies;

  • Be resilient if requests for change are not genuine emergencies;

  • Maintain your SNEF - sleep, nutrition, exercise, fun.


Which means that, as soon as I've finished this blog post (and in spite of the fact that I'm in overwhelm this morning), I'll be jumping on to the Wattbike for a training session.
