It's beginning to look a lot like....

38 days to Christmas - and it has started....

1. Who is going to be working when over the Christmas period?

2. How are we going to organise the rotas?

3. What are we going to do about emergencies?

4. Will there be a party?

5. Will there be a bonus?

One of our abiding memories of 2020 will be the distinction between those who were "on" and "off" the bus.

"On" the bus - "no problem, leave it with me, I'll get it sorted".

"Off the bus" - "I don't get paid to do that, that's not my job".

People who have their heart in the job, as opposed to those who have no heart for it.

Each type will offer their year-end swan song in the weeks ahead - and they will be easy to spot.

Perhaps a time to consider a discretionary bonus for those who were "on".

I'll leave you to consider what to do about those who were "off".

Wouldn't it be nice to start 2021 with a championship support team and no unwanted passengers?
