How to put your prices up without complaints

On the one hand, I've just spent the last couple of days cycling around Cheshire with Sheila Scott and sharing with her some of the castles, stately homes, villages, sandstone edges and salt plains for which the county is famous (and the Radio Telescope at Jodrell Bank - pictured here).
On the other hand, we have been discussing at length the workshop tour that Sheila will be delivering to The Extreme Business 100 in Q1 of 2025.
As part of that preparation, we have had our clients conducting patient surveys over the last few months and, with around 500 responses already in (and more to follow), Sheila is building a picture of what makes dental patients happy in 2024/25 - what they are looking for more of and less of - what turns them into raving fans.
Last night Sheila guested on our weekly webinar and we shared with those attending the feedback from a 100 member who has taken part in the patient survey:
"Please say hello to Sheila from us at Berwick Smile - and do say that her reflection on our survey helped us enormously, especially in helping our associates get over the price rises that we had to put through. I am very thankful to her. It was a great boost."
Thank you Indra Rampersad (Principal).
I'm very confident that, by January, we will have a real insight into contemporary patient satisfaction, putting patients at the heart of our practices.
You all have to put your prices up - and it helps to know what makes that palatable.
Sheila heads back North this morning and it has been a joy to share the experience and talk shop.
