How to onboard new team members - a one minute guide



  1. Share your core values/mission statement (timeless) and business plan (for the current year);

  2. Explain your operational requirements - task lists of what you expect them to get done daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually;

  3. Establish the frequency of your face to face communications

  4. First 12 weeks - a daily personal progress interview;

  5. Second 12 weeks - a weekly personal progress interview;

  6. Thereafter - quarterly personal progress interviews.

Then direct them to any and all online training resources and establish a curriculum and timescale for e-learning.


(In the case of our own clients, the e-learning is via The Extreme Business Academy, our online training platform, were they can watch courses related to every non-clinical job role and responsibilities).
