Eat, sleep, work, repeat

It's beginning to feel like a series of Groundhog Days again:

Phase 1 - lockdown

Phase 2 - the return to work

Phase 3 - the second wave

We find ourselves going through the same relentless schedule, day after day, and with apparently no end in sight.

As the news emerges that the Grinch may finally get his way, it is important that we build some light into our lives.

That means different things, from exercise to meditation, from art to entertainment, from nurture to nature - or maybe simply a focused attention on loved ones.

Take a moment today to review your calendar, even if it's just between now and the end of the year, to make sure that you have some "you" time.
