With 6 weeks to go until the end of the year, it’s time to schedule some time to reflect on what you are grateful for in 2019.

We all have a sh*t list for the year – and it’s all too easy (and so British) to focus on that.

We have a hit list as well – things that went according to plan.

You may have had a sh*tty year, month or last week.

  2. People who made your life better this year;

  3. The three biggest challenges you faced in 2019 – and what you learned;

  4. The most positive things that happened in 2019.
