They are the people who want to dump their problems and complaints on your shoulders on Friday afternoon - so that they can go home for the weekend and leave you to worry about their issues and the consequences.

On reflection, in the last three months, it feels as if I have had to deal with more people bouncing around inside The Karpman Drama Triangle than usual.

Given the significance of the Friday that we approach this week - make sure that you build a protective wall around yourself, so that you don't get Christmas Fri-jacked!
