A new service for those with Business Interruption Claims that have not been paid

I’m frequently contacted by people who have products and services of relevance to my clients. For over 25+ years I have maintained a policy that I do not accept introducers fees or commissions – I simply broadcast and comment on good ideas.

I hope that you and the family are all safe and well and I look forward to a day soon when we can freely meet people again!

I had to send you this as I carry lots of things in my head as I’m sure you do but one phrase that is always at the forefront and that I credit to you from one of our sessions, or in fact all of them, is “all of the wealth you need for the rest of your lives is in the pockets or the people you already know” and I probably over use that privilege but…

I am working on a couple of hopeful projects and to update you on the first, we now have a Business Interruption(BI) help website fully operational and I am trying to promote it as much as possible. We have had to sign up with a Claims Management company in order to be regulated and we ran a beauty parade of a couple of companies to do that but notably agreed to work with one that accepted that we didn’t want to charge the 25% that every other business claiming to help businesses with this, is charging. We are 10% cheaper and hopefully we can make that work by getting everybody to share our existence and not spend money recruiting customers.

To that end I’m asking for your help to share this with the dentists and businesses you know and perhaps point people at my linkedin post that addresses some of the many myths, particularly that there are claims being paid and several insurance company wordings that we now know definitely cover businesses.

The website for you to go to is and I would ask that you do submit your details in any event as we are building a database of insurers and wordings, good and bad.

I am pleased to say that we probably also have one of the top experts in the field running the show, an old school friend and retired insurance broker, who had sold his business and who approached me when he was upset to find that many of his ex-peers and insurers where denying valid claims that he knew should be being paid out.
