A great little customer service story

Hi Chris, I just wanted to share this with you: I ordered a personalised calendar for my daughter last week and received a 2007 calendar. I sent a polite note to their customer services asking for a 2011 calendar and this is the response I received today…. With regards to the calendar, it was made 2007 as when you placed the order you didn’t select a start date for the calendar. As this was not our error, we can only offer you a half price replacement? I am sorry if this causes any inconvenience. Many Thanks Sarah I will call them tomorrow when I am no longer speechless. Lubna
