It’s Monday morning and I’m back at my desk, coffee in hand, reflecting — positively buzzing, if I’m honest — on the first dates of the Q4 workshop tour.
This always happens.
After weeks of build-up, content prep, logistics, and anticipation (the sort of anticipation that every business owner feels when launching something new), the first dates arrive… and the reward quickly follows.
There’s a special energy in walking into that first room with fresh material — delivered to an audience of engaged, curious, and motivated dental professionals who’ve carved out a day to think bigger. To focus. To reset.
Belfast didn’t disappoint.
Mike Hesketh kicked off the tour with his signature session on Commando-Style Growth—a high-energy, high-impact distillation of his approach to leadership, infrastructure, branding, and building associate-led practices with heart.
The next day, I led our Owner’s Day session: The Date and The Number — a fully updated masterclass on how to prepare for exit, even if it’s years away (and how to prepare a Golden Goose if you don't want to sell).
It was one of those sessions where time disappears.
We looked at real accounts and spreadsheets. We mapped real exit timelines. We worked the numbers, reversed-engineered valuations, and built strategies that owners can take back and implement immediately.
Every single person in that room walked out with a clear pathway.
And that, for me, is why this Q4 tour feels like the most important we’ve ever run.
Owners and teams aren’t just interested in survival. They’re asking better questions. They want to scale with purpose, exit well, lead more effectively — and leave a legacy that matters.
