The difference

I've said it before and I'm saying it again.

Don't ever forget that being able to describe yourself as a "family owned and run business" is one of your greatest USPs (unique sales propositions).

You need to hammer this home in every aspect of your marketing - because the right kind of patients "get it" and get the difference.

On Saturday we celebrated our wedding anniversary by staying over at the 5-star Chester Grosvenor Hotel and dining at Da Noi.

Husband Fabrizio greeted us both with a handshake as we entered and guided us through our extensive wine flight.

Chef Valentina produced an incredible tasting menu and briefly chatted with us before we left (very late).

The evening was quite wonderful and the care and attention to detail in every aspect of our experience made memories that will last a lifetime.

Family owned and run.

You make a difference.
