How to solve the clinical recruitment crisis with training, support and culture

There is no doubt that clinical recruitment is as challenging as it has ever been.
I suggest that you adopt two modalities in order to solve that problem:
We are a training and development practice and we run an apprenticeship programme for Therapists and Dentists;
basic salary;
performance related bonus;
4 days of delivery and 1 day of shadowing and mentoring;
a bursary for post-graduate development.
"Don't settle for delivering UDAs - learn how to become a successful private dentist with a top clinician."
We are a headhunting practice and we are looking for established practitioners, who are currently working in either a toxic environment or one in which they are receiving no support:
competitive remuneration package;
access to a Championship support team;
Full digital workflow;
Trained TCOs;
Robust marketing systems;
Peer group support;
"Don't settle for that lack of support, come and work in an environment where you are appreciated."
You are looking for people who currently don't feel appreciated - because you can change that.
You are looking for people for whom it's not just about the money (even though the money is important) - it's about the experience.
Training & Development Practice.
Experienced Peer Group Practice.
Be both.
