How to solve the clinical recruitment crisis with training, support and culture

Be the practice where great clinicians come to grow
Be the practice where great clinicians come to grow

There is no doubt that clinical recruitment is as challenging as it has ever been.

I suggest that you adopt two modalities in order to solve that problem:

  1. We are a training and development practice and we run an apprenticeship programme for Therapists and Dentists;

    1. basic salary;

    2. performance related bonus;

    3. 4 days of delivery and 1 day of shadowing and mentoring;

    4. a bursary for post-graduate development.

    5. "Don't settle for delivering UDAs - learn how to become a successful private dentist with a top clinician."

  2. We are a headhunting practice and we are looking for established practitioners, who are currently working in either a toxic environment or one in which they are receiving no support:

    1. competitive remuneration package;

    2. access to a Championship support team;

    3. Full digital workflow;

    4. Trained TCOs;

    5. Robust marketing systems;

    6. Peer group support;

    7. "Don't settle for that lack of support, come and work in an environment where you are appreciated."

You are looking for people who currently don't feel appreciated - because you can change that.

You are looking for people for whom it's not just about the money (even though the money is important) - it's about the experience.

Training & Development Practice.

Experienced Peer Group Practice.

Be both.
