Imagine this conversation....
Dental Practice Owner:
"I've decided I'm going to buy a light aircraft. A four-seater Cessna 172 Skyhawk. All of my friends have one, they are all chatting about it, saying how it helps them to travel. I don't have one and I feel left out.
p.s. I don't have the time for any flying lessons (or to get flying hours in) but that's OK, because my team are going to take turns at flying it - especially my marketing manager and TCO team.
By the way - they don't have time for any flying lessons either and they won't be able to get the flying hours in because we are short-staffed.
We are all just going to get in the plane, press the pedals and see what happens."
Now substitute the phrase "CRM system" for "light aircraft."
Please don't tell me that you are thinking of changing your CRM system because the one that you have isn't working.
All CRM systems work. They simply need lessons and hours, just like a Cessna.
