Here’s a question from a valued client:
Hi I wonder whether you and your inner circle are aware of the built in obsolescence in the Zoom system I have found out after blowing my second light this year , that they are guaranteed for 1 year or 100 hours. I suggested they should consider replacing foc as I am such a good customer…they said they thought I was doing so many because of their product! I feel it my marketing and pricing are winning my market share…am I naive?? This cannot be the way to run a business….discriminate against the bigger customers!!! What is your take and what can be done?
