It is becoming more important to protect your team from poachers - those who would tempt your best people away.

Over the last few weeks I have heard from multiple clients that talented team members whom they thought were embedded in the business have surprised them with unexpected resignations.

We have already seen an outbreak of pregnancies, changes of lifestyle and those who have chosen to leave the profession in the pandemic era.
