Tools to help you plan for 2011

One of the tools that I’ve developed through my business coaching is Personal Evolution Circles, based on the original idea by Jay Perry. In a nutshell, each circle represents an area in your life or your business. To start off you have to indicate your current level of evolution in each area and then state and reflect on what would have to happen in order for you to move onto the next level. The areas these circles cover for business include:

  1. vision

  2. finance

  3. sales

  4. marketing

  5. resources

  6. personnel

and personally:

  1. family

  2. money

  3. spiritual

  4. physical

  5. intellectual

  6. social

Have a look at these circles and work on them in your own time as part of your planning to the new year.
