Dental associates are on the move - and they are moving in every conceivable direction:
Out of dentistry;
From one NHS practice to another;
From NHS to private practice;
From one private practice to another.
They want to work fewer days. They want better pay and conditions. The marketplace is disrupted by corporates who are realising that, if they ever want to get near their UDA targets or catch up with their backlog of check-ups, that they are going to have to start headhunting (or poaching - depending on which end of the process you are seated).
