Remedial treatment of overseas dentistry

Here’s an interesting question from a client – I’d be interested in your views. A ‘Denplan Care’ couple of ours have gone to Poland to have implants. They are back, one needing a suture removal and the other in much pain and infection. I have taken the sutures out (30 seconds) and I am treating the lady for her infection and pain as a priority. I do have duty of care and I can’t see the lady in pain. (Have taken photos, the surgery looks terrible). They are in Denplan and I haven’t charged them, so far. What are your thoughts for further treatment to these patients? I am going to have to lay some ground rules and appropriate fees. I do know there is a market for the remedial treatment of overseas dentistry. I can’t do this within Denplan though, will need to charge accordingly.
