On 70 being the new 50

Please allow me to use this platform to say a huge "thank you" for the many messages over the weekend around my birthday on the 9th.
I'll be glad to get back to work this Monday morning so that I can have a rest!
Friday night - dinner in Hale, Cheshire with my family.
Saturday night - dinner in Edinburgh with best friends.
Sunday night (very delayed) travel from Scotland to Dublin, where I'll be visiting a client today.
Marvellous gifts and surprises, tears of happiness on my part and a show of appreciation from the members of The Extreme Business 100 community that I will never forget.
I don't feel my age - and I'm blessed to be able to say that and equally to report that my personal and professional life could not be better.
I spend a lot of my time sharing with anyone who will listen that, even though sometimes we have to endure hard times, with resilience, determination and the support of good people, we can all of us achieve great things.
Retirement?
Why on earth would I do that?
I'm having a great time - thanks to you.
