"No more failed good intentions" - Kickstart 2024 with our 'Great Bossing Year' Free Webinar

As we bid farewell to the current year and prepare to usher in the next, it's an opportune moment for reflection and rejuvenation that I look forward to every December.

But I also know that the well intentioned resolutions, goals and resets that I have set over the years have had mixed success.

And so whilst recognising that making changes in one's personal and professional life is difficult, but holding on to the hope of this spirit of renewal, I'm excited to share an upcoming event that promises to be a catalyst for your own transformative leadership growth.

On Monday 15th January, Chris and I will be hosting our free 90-minute interactive webinar, "Get Your Great Bossing Year in Gear."

But before you picture the event, understand that it will NOT BE just an ordinary session; but the start of a daily journey towards refining and redefining your approach to leadership style, growth, change, and achieving your goals.

Scheduled for the time when disappointment with those failed good intentions typically starts to kick in, the webinar is meticulously crafted to empower you as we step into 2024.

Chris Barrow and I (Mark Topley) will be your guides.

Over our many years in leadership and coaching, we have made all the mistakes with goals, habits and change.

We’ve also honed our personal approaches to create a wealth of experience and insightful perspectives, and we’ll aim to equip you with practical tools and strategies that are essential for an effective 2024.

As Chris says:

"I've learned a great deal more from my mistakes than my successes.
Every time I have failed, working with a coach to identify my new habits and hold me accountable has been essential.
My mistakes have forced me to adapt better habits to bounce back and, when I've done that, maintaining those habits has consistently meant that I've bounced back higher.
I'm really looking forward to collaborating with Mark on a webinar that will give attendees clear tips and tactics that can be implemeted the very next day.

One of the core themes of the webinar is the art of overcoming procrastination.

It's a common hurdle that many leaders face, often hindering their path to achieving goals.

Chris and I will share techniques to help you tackle this challenge, enabling you to prioritise what truly matters.

Goal setting is another vital aspect that will be covered.

Setting realistic and achievable goals is the cornerstone of any successful plan.

This section will guide you on how to lay a robust foundation for success, ensuring that your goals align with both your personal and professional aspirations.

Leadership isn't just about guiding others; it's also about nurturing a positive self-image and reducing self-criticism.

The webinar will delve into developing a positive leadership rhythm, an essential skill for any leader striving for excellence.

What sets this webinar apart is its emphasis on interactive exercises and shared learning experiences.

It will be an opportunity not just to learn but to engage, share, and grow collectively.

The interactive format ensures that you're not just a passive participant but an active contributor to the learning process.

But why is this webinar crucial as we embark on a New Year?

It's more than just a learning session; it's a stepping stone to a year of consistent, tangible progress and fulfilment.

Starting the year with clarity and confidence sets a precedent for the months to come. It's about embarking on a journey to not only meet but exceed your potential.

In conclusion, "Get Your Great Bossing Year in Gear" will be an unmissable opportunity for you if you are eager to enhance your self leadership skills.

It's an invitation to start 2024 on a high note, armed with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to become the leader you aspire to be.

Here's to a year of growth, achievement, and transformative leadership!
