Key Performance Indicators

At last night's weekly client call, I shared and updated version of our KPIs for members of The Extreme Business 100.

I've attached this below for you to take a look at - the main changes are:

• Massive increases in staff costs as a percentage of sales;

• Increases in the minimum viable average daily production of clinicians;

• Increases in Operating Cost Per Surgery Per Day.

The overall effect of these changes leads me to my "Three Ps'" theory.

The options you have are:

• Suffer a reduction in PROFIT;

• Improve PRODUCTIVITY;

• Increase PRICES.

The numbers don't lie.
