In a digital world, write the letter

A client asked me earlier this week:
"Chris I have 6 patients with big treatment plans that haven't been taken up. We've created mock-ups, plans, presentations. We have sent them a gentle reminder, but there is no response.
Do you have any tips on how to reactivate them?"
I reached for my Mont Blanc fountain pen and held it up to the Zoom camera.
"Find your best pen, or buy one.
Get some really nice stationery or a lovely branded card.
Hand-write a note that builds empathy, sends your best wishes, reminds them of the benefits of completing the treatment, and asks them to connect if they have any questions or would like to proceed."
One of the ways you can now positively differentiate yourself is to explore ways of analogue marketing, in a world dominated by digital.
Write some letters.
"People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care. When they know how much you care, they don't care how much you know." (Attributed to Theodore Roosevelt)
