Greyhound - lessons in leadership

You'll not often get a movie recommendation from me but add this to your watch list.

OK - some moments a little xenophobic or cheesy - but a great metaphor for the leadership role that many of us have had thrust upon us in recent months.

1. Hold the vision;

2. Make decisions fearlessly;

3. Understand people;

4. Learn to delegate;

5. Be the example of the standards of performance and behaviour that you expect from others.

It's all there and it also happens to be 90 minutes of "edge of your seat" entertainment.
