How many of you have experienced the following:
Having to pay up to £30 an hour for a locum dental nurse?
Discovering that the locum nurse has been suggesting to your existing team members that they should give up their day job and "come locuming"?
Having existing team members resign to take up a locuming position?
Given that standard agency terms are to charge a "finder's fee" if a locum joins you, I wonder if there should be a reverse clause that charges the agency when their staff poach your team?
