Fancy locuming?

How many of you have experienced the following:

• Having to pay up to £30 an hour for a locum dental nurse?

• Discovering that the locum nurse has been suggesting to your existing team members that they should give up their day job and "come locuming"?

• Having existing team members resign to take up a locuming position?

Given that standard agency terms are to charge a "finder's fee" if a locum joins you, I wonder if there should be a reverse clause that charges the agency when their staff poach your team?
