Christmas and teams

A question here from a Facebook friend: Hi Chris, I was wondering what other dental practices do for their staff at Christmas. Our team has doubled this year and we are not sure what to do for them all. The normal Christmas dinner of course and half day off on 23rd – but should it be more??
