Building the detailed infrastructure of the self-managed dental business – a step by step guide

This morning I wanted to give you a glimpse of what we have in store for members of The Extreme Business 100 community in the first quarter of 2023.

I’m more than delighted to confirm that my co-presenter on the day will be Dr. Neil Harris, founder and Principal of HRS Dental Care in Stroud, Gloucestershire.

Neil has been a client and a friend for most of my dental business coaching career and I’ve been privileged to have seen his business grow from strength to strength.

As an innovator, he has adopted new ideas in both clinical delivery and business and now runs a business that is effectively self-managing as well as at the cutting edge.

Neil will accompany me to all 7 workshop locations in Q1, he will share with our clients his business systems, protocols and spreadsheets and will be available to answer their questions.

This is the first of a number of tag-team days I plan for next year, giving my clients real-world speakers who will demonstrate how they have mastered and implemented innovation in their own businesses.

Who should attend the first quarter days?

Simply put, any members of your management team who you want to be able to run your business if you took three consecutive months holiday, a sabbatical, or decided that you wanted the business to run itself, whilst you focus on other unique abilities, be they clinical dentistry or entrepreneurship.
