The final quarter of the year is under way.
For many, the next 88 days will be about firefighting — coping with the economy, managing tired teams, and trying to hit end-of-year targets without burning everyone out.
But for a few, this quarter will be different.
For them, Q4 will be the reset. The chance to refocus, recalibrate and build momentum going into the new year.
I’ve spent enough time around UK dental businesses to know this: Q4 is when the best in class start planning for 2026. Not January. Not “when things calm down.” Now.
Today.
And so, we’re offering something unusual for this final quarter of 2025.
Since we launched The Extreme Business 100 in January 2022, it has always been a closed community — a group of around 100 businesses at every stage of their journey, start-ups, developers and exit-planners, united by shared values and a desire to succeed.

You’ll also get weekly group coaching and discussion calls, weekly Morning Huddle videos for your team, and the chance to embed yourself in the day-to-day of how this group works.

The first is with Mike Hesketh—who, as many of you know, served in the Royal Marines and worked with people like Ant Middleton and Prince Harry. In his session, he translates that experience into a blueprint for leading associate-led practices with clarity and control.
It’s a day about infrastructure, brand, culture and numbers. The kind of day that leaves you with a tangible playbook — and a clear sense of how to grow a practice that doesn’t depend on you.
The second is my own: an updated version of my exit strategy workshop: “The Date and The Number.”
We’ll look at what the current market is telling us about value. I’ll walk you through how to set an achievable sale number — and the timeline to get there.
You’ll bring your laptop. I’ll bring the framework. And together we’ll build the first version of your roadmap for 2026 and beyond. And, by the way, even if you don't plan to exit, and want to build a "Golden Goose", the workshop still works, because your "Number" is the EBITDA you want to reach.
That’s what this trial is: a chance to step into a room with some of the humblest (we don't work with dickheads), nicest, most forward-thinking practice owners in UK dentistry — and get to work.
