Why implementation wins over ideas - every time

The late Felix Dennis, publisher and entreprenuer, may not have been very polite with his featured quotation - but he certainly had a point.


It's 31 years since I first coached a dentist and I'll have been doing that full time for 28 years come January.


One of the lessons I have learned is that you can keep on sharing great ideas with clients, but if they (and their teams) don't set aside PROTECTED TIME to IMPLEMENT the ideas, then not only do they stay in their current hamster wheel, but they just get even more frustrated about not making change.


It's a caveat I share with many new clients before they join The Extreme Business community - you are going to get loads of ideas to grow your business - you can choose to join - or join in.


Joining = the observation of other people getting better.


Joining in = getting better yourself.


The coaching gym is open, the lights are on, the equipment is there - but if you don't show up, you don't get fit.
