Are you ready for the five resources that will shape your practice’s future?

Which resources will make or break your practice in 2026?

There used to be three:

1. People - to do things;

2. Time - to get things done;

3. Money - to pay the people and invest in the business.

And pretty much any problem or challenge presented to me had, at it's route, a lack of one or more of those three resources - solve the resources problem and you solve the problem.

Fast forward to August 2025:

1. People - to deliver hospitality;

2. Time - to deliver that hospitality as well as get things done;

3. Money - to pay for the people/technology/AI;

4. Technology - to automate workflow;

5. AI - to drive the technology and free up the people to do better things.

Solve the resources problem and you solve the problem.
