Reactivation - an essential marketing activity

In these days of creeping "white space", it's important to ensure that you have the following reactivation systems in place:

  1. Reactivating your Recall System - too many recall systems haven't been properly reactivated since lockdown and the post-Covid period. The Extreme Business 100 community use a recall letter that emphasises the importance and value of attending Dental Health Reviews and also reminds existing patients that you are open to their family, friends and colleagues;

  2. Reactivating your Treatment Plans not taken up. During our Q3 marketing workshops, Prav Solanki from The Fresh, shared with us his "7-word reactivation marketing campaign" (one of the simplest and best marketing ideas I have seen this year). 1. Are 2. You 3. Still 4. Interested 5. In 6. Dental 7. Treatment?

  3. Reactivating all of your Internal Marketing systems - asking for reviews, referrals and testimonials;

  4. Reactivating all of your Inbound Marketing systems - writing the regular blogs, newsletters and articles that establish you as the expert in your area;

  5. Reactivating your External Marketing systems - meeting with your marketing agency to ensure that you are getting the right bang for your buck in SEO and Digital Advertising.

There's nothing to be gained by saying that "we used to do that - but now we don't have the time."

"The Used To Dental Practice" isn't going anywhere.
