Lose, Lock, Love and Load - 4 steps to an ideal team

1. LOSE - lose the people who aren't on the bus;

2. LOCK - lock in the people who are on the bus by paying them so well that they cannot afford to leave;

3. LOVE - love the people who are on the bus and make sure they know that you love them;

4. LOAD - load the people who are on the bus with more roles, responsibilities and skills, through training, coaching and mentoring.

The most important step is the first.
