Hard Hat Coaching

I've had the opportunity over the years of walking around a building either under construction or in refurbishment, wearing a hard hat as the Owner has shared their vision (and I've added my observations of what has worked for others).

Later, I've seen the same premises open, grow, thrive and occasionally be sold to a Dental Group.

On one occasion, the original Owner worked through their earn-out with the Dental Group and, soon after, I found myself in a hard hat again, viewing Project 2.0.

I love hard hat coaching and I love working with the people who possess that degree of courage - it is so exciting to see a vision become a reality.
