From toxic and turbulent to thriving — why this course matters now

Over the last three months, I’ve had the privilege of watching Lisa Grogan deliver her “From Toxic and Turbulent to Thriving” programme to a number of my clients across the UK.
Let me be clear.
This is not another “team building day”. It is not a motivational talk. And it is definitely not a tick-box exercise.
What Lisa does is hold up a mirror.
She creates a safe, structured environment in which practice owners, managers and teams can look honestly at what is really going on beneath the surface. The conversations that are normally avoided, the behaviours that are tolerated, and the patterns that quietly undermine performance are brought into the open.
And then she does something far more important.
She gives people the tools to deal with it.
What I have seen consistently is this. Teams leave with clarity. Leaders leave with courage. And practices begin to move, sometimes quickly, from tension and frustration towards alignment and accountability.
In the current climate, where recruitment is difficult, pressure is high and expectations are rising, culture is no longer a “nice to have”. It is a commercial necessity. Practices that ignore it will struggle. Practices that address it properly will thrive.
That is why I am recommending Lisa’s upcoming course in Dublin on 29th May.
If you are dealing with difficult conversations, inconsistent behaviours, or a sense that your team could be better than it currently is, this programme will help.
Not because it is easy.
But because it is honest.
And honesty, handled properly, is where progress begins.
I have seen the impact first-hand.
If you are serious about building a stronger, healthier, more productive practice, this is time well spent.
