Exit planning redefined: how to escape stress without selling your dental practice

Begin with the journey in mind—your path to stress-free dental practice ownership starts today.

The subject of "exit planning" remains popular - but I'd like to point out an important distinction.

There's an assumption that the topic is simply "exit from Business Ownership".

Not so.

I have plenty of clients who don't want that.

What they actually want is an "exit from the pressure, the pace, the anxiety, the never-ending, relentless responsibility and stress of Business Ownership."

"Chris, I don't want to sell my business, especially not on the terms available in the marketplace today.. What I really want is to be able to take some time off - to be able to focus on self, family, friends - and not to be constantly responsible for generating cash flow, checking my messages to see whether anything is going wrong or whether I'm needed."

So "exit planning" might be the exit from fast pace to a slower pace that allows 12-weeks vacation every year, free weekends and the ability to go home at night and switch off the business brain.

An exit from your role as 'The Biggest Producer" and/or an exit from your role as "The Managing Director".

There's a phrase that we are all familiar with - "to begin with the end in mind."

Can I add to that "begin with the journey in mind."

And you can start exiting from stress today.

I can show you how - coachbarrow@me.com
