I’ve been following the Digital Treatment Planning movement for some time and have attended overseas courses presented by Livio Yoshinaga (business partner of Christian Coachman) and Florin Cofar. During the Spring I had the opportunity to attend and present at the hands-on course developed by Elaine Halley and Gary Jenkinson and commented at the time that they had taken a refreshingly pragmatic and useful approach to DTxP training, including valuable experience in partnering with treatment co-ordinators in the patient experience. Elaine and Gary have decided to offer more training and I’m delighted to have been asked to contribute sessions on emotional marketing (how to get more people in the door for DTxP consultations).
