My new role as Director of Business Education at The Campbell Academy is one that I’m very excited about because, for me, there is a tremendous opportunity here to help independent practice owners to win.

ITI Digital Dental Entrepreneur Programme

DDEP is for the person who wants the same level of strategic thinking, but simply can’t take a full week out of the practice.

It runs online over seven weeks, so there’s no travel and no need to disappear from the business for five days.

You still work through the same planning process, but in a format that fits around a working week. The accountability comes through the programme structure, live webinars and your own commitment to doing the work.

Which one should you choose?

That really comes down to circumstances.

If you know you need to physically remove yourself from the practice, switch the phone off and create the headspace to think properly, Bootcamp is probably for you.

If you’re self-directed and want the same strategic process without the travel or time away, DDEP may make more sense.

Neither is the “lesser” option. They are simply two different ways of reaching the same destination: a clear, practical strategic plan for your dental business.
