I blame you........

• for encouraging me to drop a day a week clinical and seeing no reduction in my gross;

• for teaching us about internal and inbound marketing and creating a waiting list for new patients;

• for convincing me to take more time off;

• for persuading me to build a management team who now run the business;

• for asking me to follow a 50-step plan which has doubled our profits in the last two years.

You told us what to do - we did it - and it worked. I blame you."
