Counting blessings on a Friday morning

Over 60 in attendance for Neil Harris and The Self-Managing Dental Practice yesterday. It was Neil's birthday and we treated him to a Gregg's doughnut.

He treated us to a Masterclass.

After my Owner's Mastermind meeting in Manchester today (30+ attendees), I'll be driving straight to Holyhead to catch an evening ferry to Dublin.

Saturday - full-day conference in Limerick, hosted by Siobhan Kelleher.

A morning session on Understanding Practice Finances and an afternoon on Marketing.

Dinner in Limerick.

Sunday - slow and steady drive to Enniskillen, in time to catch the Liverpool/United game.

Monday team training in Enniskillen.

Tuesday practice visit in Kildare.

Wednesday back to Manchester and then Thursday/Friday our Leeds client workshops.

Saturday - The North of England Dentistry Show.

Busy, busy, busy.
