The people I know who are selling lots of high end treatment are…. • going direct to market and not through GDP referrals • investing in brilliant web sites, social media marketing through multiple channels and video tours, interviews and testimonials • have great signage and visibility • are very active in B2B and B2P networking in their local communities • where affordable, use radio and TV to advertise • “get” Google domination without daft expense • excel at their WOM referral systems • deliver the most amazing customer service experience in the loveliest environments • engage associates/hygienists/therapists who “get it” and join in • work with TCOs • employ an outstanding telephony and front desk team • pay well, regularly meet and frequently party • invest in the latest equipment and training courses • enter awards ceremonies
